My vision is to interpret nature by "drawing with light" as the etymology of the word photography suggests: photós - "light"; graphé - "drawing".
Fascinated by exploring the borders between painting and photography, I enjoy looking for photographic ways to express what I am feeling when interacting with my environment.
A fleeting moment of sunbeams on water, an apple tree in full bloom during spring, or water lilies swaying in ultramarine-blue water. There is an abundance of beauty in our seemingly ordinary surroundings. Acknowledging and embracing this simplistic beauty is what I am trying to convey to the viewers.
More (or less) on Bluesky.
